Eagle Quest is actively seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee key aspects of company operations. This position will report to the Director of Operations and Chief Executive Officer. Candidates must possess proven leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills. Applicants will display excellent oral and written communication skills. They must follow company's policies and procedures and conduct employee performance reviews in a timely manner. Applicants must have commensurate work experience,(Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in management, business, finance, marketing or another relevant field is required. Degree in Business Administration or Business Management strongly preferred).
The Operations Manager will be responsible for:
-Overseeing the organization’s behavioral health services rendered to ensure proper utilization and team member efficiency.
-Utilization review of client Prior Authorization Requests.
-Compliance and accountability with the organization’s policies and procedures.
-Ensuring that company operations run smoothly and effectively.
-Monitoring and managing operational costs.
-Making personnel decisions regarding hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline and termination of operational/clinical support staff in accordance with company policies.
-Managing daily operations.
-Providing unmatched customer service.
