Full-time and part-time positions available, flexible afternoon schedule, at outpatient office, group home, and community based settings.
Eagle Quest is a private mental health agency that has been serving at-risk youth and their families for over 10 years. We are one of the largest providers of rehabilitative mental health services, specialized treatment for juveniles on probation/parole, and of services to youth in higher level of care foster homes in Las Vegas and Pahrump. We maintain excellent relationships with government and public agencies (DJJS, DFS, DCFS), and Eagle Quest has an internal and external network of case managers and specialists to assist in treatment provision. Our agency is always looking to expand and grow to help serve our clients, and we look to support our therapists in developing specialties, interests, and talents.
Work environment and benefits. Therapists at Eagle Quest have a great deal of flexibility in seeing their clients. While we have office space for sessions, many sessions are done in the foster or group home, or family home in the community. Clients are mostly seen during after-school hours, including weekday afternoons and all day on weekends. The position is open for very customizable schedules, including full time, part time. Duties
Therapists provide assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, treatment planning, clinical case management, discharge planning, and continuity of care. They receive ongoing support through medical and clinical supervision, agency and department meetings, utilize a custom built employee website, and enjoy the camaraderie of our fantastic clinical services team. Individuals applying for an Eagle Quest Therapist position must be licensed or be an intern through their respective Nevada Board of Examiners (accepted licensures include: LCSW, CSW Intern, LMFT, MFT Intern), they must be able to be qualified though Nevada Medicaid as a QMHP, and must pass a background check for foster care licensing clearance.
