My resume encompasses a great deal of client service, client advocacy as well as team building, management and training.  I have over 15 years of experience and knowledge in the Health Care sectors. I currently possess a health and life license permitting me to sell and educate, individuals, families, employees, employers and Medicare recipients on medical, ancillary, prescriptions, eligibility, plan knowledge and out of pocket cost and expenses.

With my current position I had the opportunity to manage a starting diversified Insurance Agency. I currently sell, train and manage a small team in Las Vegas.  I oversee and maintain client retention while maintaining a positive and steady working relationship with all the key carriers and providers across multi states. Prior to my current position, as a Client Advocate and Intake Specialist I had the privilege of working with women and children of various economical backgrounds and dispositions. My primary region was working with unaccompanied minors, veterans, victims of domestic abuse and human trafficking. With my previous position I was responsible for conducting full emergency intake assessments, and I worked closely with the clients and their children by providing immediate support, mediation and resources throughout the night. On an administrative level I worked closely with the Director of Operations ensuring census data and reporting, policies and procedures and case tracking and file documentation was maintained and done according to schedule. In addition I worked closely with new shift employees providing effective training and support.

As Intake Coordinator, I conducted initial client risk and mental health assessments, assisted clients in completing forms and questionnaires for internal intake files. Worked with outside entities for resources, client programs and safety. Complied with all Federal, State, and City security and privacy policies intended to protect individual's health information.

As Client Advocate I provided emergency shelter for victimized and non victimized women, children, teens and pets. Maintained daily log services provided to clients. Conducted facility and dorm checks for client count and safety.
